Our Employer Guarantee

We offer an employer satisfaction guarantee. During the first 30 days, if you decide that the candidate isn't the right fit for your company and you terminate employment or the candidate resigns within the first month, we will replace the original candidate for no additional fee*. This guarantee is intended to allow sufficient time for you to determine if the candidate's qualifications and skills were accurately represented in the hiring process.

How we work

Our approach to an assignment will always be thorough and designed to get the best results for our clients. We maintain an extensive electronic data base containing information on many candidates and contacts which is a prime source for our searches.

In addition we will employ targeted direct recruiting efforts as necessary and utilize our network of affiliates where appropriate. We may also advertise in selected newspapers or trade publications and, of course, utilize the Internet.

We will keep you informed as to progress throughout the duration of the assignment.

We can help you in many ways to ensure the success of a placement including evaluating the job description and compensation package; promoting your organization to prospective candidates; negotiating the offer; and post placement follow up.

We work under a contingency fee method. Under this mode the fee is charged only if and when you agree to employ a candidate referred by us. The fee is usually based on the first year's compensation. We are willing to submit proposals on senior level assignments and fees may be tailored in the case of exclusive assignments, multiple hires, etc.

How to get the most from your partnership with us

Communicate up front precisely what your requirements are. We will be pleased to visit your premises and help clarify your needs.
Make sure your objectives are realistic in relation to the compensation you are prepared to offer. Our market knowledge will be of assistance to you.
Treat candidates fairly. If they are kept waiting excessively or treated discourteously it will reflect negatively on your organization and it may be difficult for us to maintain their interest.
Keep in close touch with your recruiter and give prompt feedback on the candidates presented. This will ensure that we can fine tune the search if necessary and take steps to secure any candidates in whom you are seriously interested.
