There is no cost to our candidates to register with us

All we need from you is a copy of your current resume along with a cover letter stating your own requirements. Information which helps us includes financial expectations, geographic restrictions or desires, extra education not stated on your resume, and what type of position you are seeking.

You may get your resume to us by mail, fax, e-mail (preferably as an attached word document). Please be reminded that all face-to-face meetings are scheduled by the individual consultant and ONLY if there is an immediate need for your skills.

Notes on working with us:

Please understand that we are retained by client companies to recruit individuals with specific experience and skills and while we carefully review each application, we cannot make any guarantee that we will place you.

Once we receive your resume in our office it is reviewed and passed to the appropriate consultant(s). If there is an immediate need for someone with your background and skill set, we will contact you to set up a convenient interview time.

We do not present you to a potential employer without prior discussions with you unless you have given us permission to do so.

If there is no suitable opening at present, but your skills are interesting to us, we will enter pertinent information into our database for future reference. Although we try to acknowledge receipt of resumes, because of large volumes we cannot guarantee to do so.

Once you have registered with us it is not necessary to follow up on a regular basis. We do review our database against each new job assignment. If, however, you see an advertisement, or a listing on our website for which you definitely appear qualified, please contact the recruiter who has the listing.

When you attend an interview with us please bring a "clean copy" of your resume with you even if you have mailed, faxed or e-mailed one ahead. Please be prepared to complete one of our confidential registration forms in our offices even if you have a detailed resume. This will not take long and will enable us to capture all of the information we need to be able to help you. Remember there is no fee to you for our service but a small investment of your time may yield big dividends.

When we send you on interviews with our clients please remember that the recruiter needs prompt and detailed feedback from you in order to manage the placement process. We will be in regular contact with our client and able, in turn, to provide feedback to you. A successful placement may "go off the rails" due to a lack of communication or a misunderstanding.

If you obtain a position through other means after registering with us, we would appreciate it if you would advise us so that we can inactivate your file.

Similarly, if you wish to re-open your job search at a later date, please notify us and provide an updated resume.

If you are successfully placed by us or you feel that we provided help and guidance in your job search we certainly would appreciate your referral of other qualified candidates. Remember, they don't have to be 'looking'; just willing to learn about potentially better opportunities.
